A Mother's Day Poem

By: BiteSizeZiggy

Your hands once held my world so tight,
A beacon through the darkest night.
With every tear you kissed away,
You shaped my soul, you lit my way.

Your strength was quiet, soft, and deep,
A love that wakes, yet lets me sleep.
No crown, no throne, no worldly prize—
Just gentle grace behind your eyes.

Today I speak what’s hard to say:
You are my heart, my sky, my stay.
Not just a mother—more than true—
The very best of me is you.

With all my love, today and always.

🌸 Happy Mother’s Day 🌸

To the one who held my world...

(Siegfried M. Erorita)

Edit: I found a long lost poem for my daughter's 18th Birthday. I wrote this a long time ago, and scheduled to post it for her birthday....
